Academic Counsellor

*Conduct inbound and outbound calls to potential students to inform them about available distance education programs and opportunities.

*Assess and qualify leads based on their interest, educational background, and career goals.

*Provide detailed information about course offerings, admission criteria, and program benefits to prospective students.

* Maintain regular follow-up with leads to answer questions, address concerns, and guide them through the enrollment process.

*Database Management:

Update and manage lead and student data in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Requirements:

1.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

2 Ability to handle objections and maintain a positive attitude

3.Proficiency in managing databases and handling calls.

4.Ability to understand and address student needs effectively.
