Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Academic Counsellor and Visa Documentation Specialist located in Kochi. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as providing student counseling, offering career counseling and academic advising, and facilitating the visa documentation process. The role also includes assisting with education-related matters and supporting students overall academic progress.
Reviewing Visa application documents
Application preparation and communication
Record Keeping
Advisory services to clients regarding the process and requirements
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in student counseling and career counseling
- Knowledge of academic advising practices
- Understanding of education systems and requirements
- Ability to provide guidance and support to students in visa documentation
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Experience working in an educational consultancy is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field
