Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
Familiarity with CRM software and calling tools is a plus.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
Fresher, B.Com, BBA, MBA or relevant certifications are a plus.
Knowledge of MS Office is a plus.
Proficiency in both written and spoken English is essential.
Proven experience (0-5 Yrs) as a tele caller or in a similar sales role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Candidate must be proficient with English
