.1. Customer Calls & Engagement:
- Proactively reach out to potential clients through outbound calls
- Address inbound inquiries and provide comprehensive information on the educational programs offered.
2. Sales Conversion:
- Convert prospective leads into confirmed enrollments by delivering effective counseling and presentations.
- Follow up consistently with leads to maintain interest and address any concerns
- Foster long-term relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business.
3. Achieve Sales Targets:
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment and sales targets.
- Track leads, conversions, and student inquiries efficiently.
4.Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team to align on campaigns and improve lead generation strategies.
- Provide feedback to the academic team based on student needs and preferences.
Incentives will be provided based on performance
