JOB DESCRIPTION

Develop and deliver lectures on fashion design topics, including theory, practical skills, and industry trends.

Provide guidance and mentorship to students, helping them develop their design skills and portfolios.

Conducting Faculty Meetings to discuss academic strategies, progress, and challenges.

Ensure effective communication and collaboration among faculty members.

Oversee the organization and execution of TFA (The Fashion Awards) juries.

Review Google ADR (Attendance Data Reports) weekly to monitor and address attendance issues.

Develop and manage assessment papers for each term.

Planning and Conducting Semester Exams.

Coordinate with faculty to prepare exam materials and oversee the examination process.

Develop standard result formats for reporting student performance.

Address and resolve any result-related queries from students and faculty.

Ensure grades are recorded accurately and promptly.

Distribute comprehensive course outlines to all faculty members.

Ensure that course outlines are clear, detailed, and aligned with curriculum goals.

REQUIREMENTS

Graduate in Fashion Design

Minimum 2+ years experience in similar roles in education and related industries

Strong communication skills and a strong mastery of written and verbal English.

Ability to take initiative for betterment.
