Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate academic activities within the organization
• Develop and maintain academic policies and procedures
• Evaluate academic programs and make recommendations for improvement
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure academic programs meet student needs
• Coordinate with external organizations to ensure academic programs meet industry standards
• Manage academic resources and budgets
• Oversee the admissions process and coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth transition for new students

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field
• 1-6 years of experience in academic coordination or related field
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with academic program evaluation and improvement
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with faculty, staff, and external organizations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
