About EnagoSince 2005, Enagohas helped numerous first-time and experienced researchers with manuscript preparation, submission, and publication. We cater to authors worldwide, namely from countries such as Japan, Korea, China, Taiwan, Russia, Germany, Turkey, Brazil, and Mexico. In our endeavor to reach out to ESL authors across geographies, we have collaborated with several publishers, scientific societies, and universities.

We now intend to further increase this association through the specialized channel of Enago Academy, primarily by offering comprehensive and up-to-date resources to the scholarly community and by conducting training workshops and developing modules on academic writing and publishing.

About the Role (Job Description)*

Content Development

1. Implement content ideas revolving around the end-to-end process of manuscript writing, submission, and publication as well as developments within the scholarly publishing industry
2. Responsible for maintaining and developing content of Enago Academy's exclusive projects
3. Co-ordination with industry experts for developing content and delivery

Content Management

1. Assisting with course development and evaluation methodologies
2. End-to-end quality management for projects and deliverables
3. Responsible for output quality in all formats such as video, text, quizzes, polls, surveys, etc.
4. Maintaining version control for different projects
5. Producing attractive and well-designed content intended for blog, webinar, workshop, conference, and social media audiences
6. Producing relevant content copies for promotion and marketing

Delivery Management

1. Assisting video and graphics designers in getting raw content edited and adaptable for users.
2. Assisting designers in modifying content for aesthetic and technical reasons.
3. Implementing delivery-related changes based on technological and content-based feedbacks for end users

Must Have

• PhD/MSc in Physical/Life/Medical Sciences, with strong inclination toward content development, instructional design, and science communication
• Should have experience of primary/secondary research and publishing in international journals
• Should possibly have been first author and/or corresponding author for at least 5 published papers
• Thorough knowledge of STEM industry
• Strong content writing/editing skills
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem solving, facilitation, organizational, prioritization, decision making, and conflict resolution skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (English)
• Proficient user of MS office

A Definite Plus if You Have

• Experience in working with international teams/expats
• Knowledge of content management systems
• Developing content modules for teaching and evaluation
• Solid understanding of project management methodology, including the ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risk, develop detailed work plans and specifications, and perform resource allocation
• Good understanding of peer review, open access, and manuscript production
• Experience in managing web-based content
