Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic academic counsellor to join our team. The candidate will provide special support to interested students in interior design by offering guidance on course study strategy. Academic counselors will help the students to achieve their career goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain the Database on a day - to - day basis of existing and new candidates.

Attending all incoming & outgoing calls related to admissions.

Maintaining a constant communication channel with leads through phone, email, or WhatsApp.

Maintaining and updating all the details about lead discussions and conversions in real-time on Excel sheets.

Generating revenue by conducting structured tele-counseling sessions for prospects, covering program offerings, admission procedures, eligibility requirements, and associated costs.

Arranging seminars & workshops in different institutes and taking care of all the outdoor marketing activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

A minimum of 6 months - 1 year of experience in business growth fields like sales, marketing or counselling.

Proven experience in student counseling, preferably in the edtech industry.

Proficiency in English & Hindi and any one Indian regional language would be an added advantage.

Strong verbal and written Communication Skills, and Possess great problem-solving.

Strong Interpersonal skills; Should demonstrate patience & perseverance.

Should have good knowledge and practical experience in the area of student counselling.

Candidate requirements:

6 months - 1-year experience in Academic counselling.
