This is a full-time on-site role for an Academic Advisor at SHRS - SARIKA HR SOLUTIONS in Bengaluru. The Academic Advisor will be responsible for student counseling, communication, career counseling, academic advising, and education.

• Student Counseling, Career Counseling, and Academic Advising skills
• Strong communication skills
• Experience in the education field
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with students, faculty, and staff
• Knowledge of various education programs and courses
• Bachelor's degree in counseling, education, or related field
• Experience in a similar role is preferred
