Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida. As an Academic Advisor/Counselor at IMS Proschool Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students in their academic journey. Your day-to-day tasks will include assisting students in course selection, providing information about various programs, conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, and supporting student enrollment and registration processes. You will also collaborate with the admissions team to ensure a seamless experience for students.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with students
• Knowledge of educational programs and courses
• Experience in academic advising or counseling
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
• Organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree is must.
• 3-5yrs of exp.

Having a background in education or counseling is preferred.
