We are in search of a candidate with 8 to 14 years of experience relevant to Java development in position to lead a team and with strong experience in Struts.

Responsibilities:

- Excellent knowledge of Core Java/J2EE.

- Should have worked in the distributed agile model and continuous integration.

- Experience with REST API and web services and Should be efficient with Java J2EE and related technologies.

- Proficiency in object-oriented design techniques and principles.

- Experience in Agile methodologies, such as SCRUM.

- Experience in DevOps Toolchain methodologies, including Continuous

Integration and Continuous Deployment.

- Having a experience in TIBCO BW 5/6 will be a plus.

- The selected candidate should be able to work in EST time.

- Need to spend his/her early morning time to do coordination with

offshore time. Should be able to quickly analyze production issues and

do a quick turnaround.

Mandatory Skills Description:

- Experience range - 8+ years

- Very good team leading experience as Team Lead or Tech Manager to

get the job done from the team.

- Stakeholder communication and reporting. Experience working with

multiple teams across geographies and time zones

- Primary Skills: Java/J2EE, JSP, Struts, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, RESTAPI/Microservices.

- Secondary Skills: Blaze Rules Engine, ReactJS, Devops, Design Patterns, Experience in Agile methodology, Experience in AWS, Launch Pad etc
