Relevant Yrs. of experience 3-6+ years of progressively more responsible work experience in Pega Platform working as a developer Detailed JD (Roles and Responsibilities) Pega Developer must design, develop, and support applications built on Pega Platforms in an agile environment. Work with project management team to develop overall scope and work plan for implementing requirements. Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing effective and efficient solutions that meet business requirements. Make recommendations and advise on organization-wide system improvements, optimization or maintenance efforts in software, software development methodologies, lifecycle management, modeling, and simulation. Collaborate with analysts in documenting and capturing software requirements in the form of epics, features, user stories, process models and use cases in an agile development environment. Perform end to end solution building for banking product journeys using Pega Platform. Provide day-to-day technical support while prioritizing and resolving technical issues affecting and deliverables, escalating technical issues when required. Facilitates project handoffs including preparing documentation, educating, and supporting to ensure smooth transitions Mandatory skills Discipline within the financial and banking sector.
PEGA Certification PCSA, PCSSA, or PCLSA.
Strong understanding of Pega Implementation Methodology
Expertise with APIs and designing enterprise-wide systems to meet the needs of the business
Experience developing and Integration with SOAP, JMS, or Restful services leveraging one or more of the following: ESQL, Java, JavaScript, Spring, Groovy, Spring Boot, XML, JSON, GIT and YAML. Desired/ Secondary skills Perform end to end solution building for banking product journeys using Pega Platform
