Job Role:
- Emission and CO2 Homologation & FE Testing
Job Responsibility:
- Emission Vehicle Preparation, Testing, Results compilation & Analysis.
- EV Testing (Range & EEC) results analysis.
- Testing schedule preparation and monitoring.
- Executing emission testing at test agency locations (iCAT/ARAI etc.) and results analysis.
- Troubleshooting for lab equipment breakdown.
- Coordination with lab equipment supplier for maintenance related issues.
- Coordination for audits such as ISO 9001, Safety etc.
- Internal processes/standards/MOS preparation and implementation.
Competency Requirement:-
Technical/Functional:
- Hands on experience of using Emission Chassis Dyno & Emission Lab handling (preferred)
- Should understand mass emission test procedures (Type-1/2/3/4/RDE) & EV test procedure (EEC & Range testing) as per Indian & export regulations.
- Knowledge about AIS 137, AIS 175, UNR083, UNR154, AIS039, AIS040.
- Knowledge of CI, SI engines, Flex fuel, EV
- Competent in analysis and draw necessary conclusions related to variations in Emissions/CO2 during Internal testing and tests conducted at test agency.
- Should be aware of certifications like ISO 9001 (and others) and NABL accreditation required for the test labs.
- Knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

Educational Qualification:
- B.E / B.TECH IN MECHANICAL / AUTOMOBILE ENGINEERING (AICTE approved only)
