Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and creative 3D Visualizer with 2-3 years of experience to join our design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail and the ability to create photorealistic 3D renderings that bring our design concepts to life. This role involves working closely with designers and architects to produce high-quality visual content for client presentations and marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities

Create high-quality 3D models and photorealistic renderings for interior and exterior design projects.

Develop detailed 3D visuals for presentations, marketing materials, and client approvals.

Work collaboratively with designers, architects, and project managers to understand project requirements and objectives.

Produce 3D animations and walkthroughs to enhance project presentations.

Utilize rendering software to create realistic textures, lighting, and environments.

Ensure that all 3D visuals are completed on time and meet the project's design and quality standards.

Stay updated on the latest 3D visualization techniques, software, and industry trends.

Maintain an organized library of 3D assets and resources.

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, 3D Visualization, or a related field.

Experience:

2-3 years of experience as a 3D Visualizer or similar role in a design or architectural firm.

Proven experience in creating high-quality 3D renderings and visualizations.

Skills:

Proficiency in 3D modelling software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, Rhino, or Blender.

Advanced knowledge of rendering software such as V-Ray, Corona, or Lumion.

Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.

Knowledge of AutoCAD or Revit is a plus.

Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and composition.

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Good communication and teamwork skills.
