We are seeking a talented 3D Visualiser to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and a strong ability to create realistic 3D models and renderings. You will collaborate with architects, designers, and clients to bring concepts to life through high-quality visual representations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality 3D models and visualizations for a variety of projects, including architecture, interior design, and product visualization.
- candidates with Coohom software knowledge is preferred.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and clients to understand project requirements and deliver compelling visual solutions.
- Utilize software such as 3ds Max, V Ray, SketchUp,Lumion or similar tools to produce realistic renderings and animations.
- Prepare and present visual materials, including mood boards, storyboards, and final presentations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and software advancements to enhance visualization techniques and processes.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
- Provide creative input and suggestions during the design process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in architecture, Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a 3D Visualiser or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in 3D modelling and rendering software.
- Strong understanding of lighting, texturing, and composition in 3D environments.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce photorealistic images.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
