3D Rendering Artist (SketchUp & Lumion)

NU HOMESTUDIO is seeking a skilled and creative 3D Rendering Artist proficient in SketchUp and Lumion to join our team. As a rendering artist, you will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D visualizations and animations using SketchUp and Lumion software. • Responsibilities:

Create detailed 3D models and visualizations using SketchUp software.

• Produce realistic 3D renderings and animations using Lumion software.

Interpret design concepts, sketches, and specifications to create accurate representations.

• Collaborate with designers, architects, and other team members to ensure project requirements are met.

Incorporate textures, materials, lighting, and effects to enhance the realism and appeal of renderings.

• Review and revise models and renderings based on feedback from team members or clients.

Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve rendering quality and efficiency.

• Requirements:

Proven experience as a 3D rendering artist with proficiency in SketchUp and Lumion.

• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of SketchUp and Lumion projects.

Solid understanding of rendering principles, lighting, shading, texturing, and composition.

• Attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines.

Effective communication and collaboration skills.
