- Job Overview: The 3D Designer for Event Setup will be responsible for creating detailed 3D models and visualizations for event setups, including stage designs, exhibition booths, and decor layouts. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical proficiency, and an understanding of event logistics to ensure that designs are not only visually appealing but also practical and feasible.
Develop detailed 3D models and visualizations of event setups, including stages, booths, seating arrangements, and decor elements.- Collaborate with event planners, production managers, and clients to understand the vision and requirements for each event.
Create immersive visual presentations to help clients and stakeholders visualize the final event setup.
- Ensure that all designs are practical and can be executed within the given budget and timeframe.
Work closely with the production team to oversee the implementation of designs during event setup.- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in event design and 3D modeling.
Ensure that all 3D assets align with the company's branding and design standards.
Bachelor's degree in 3D Design, Graphic Design, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a 3D Designer, preferably in event design or a related industry.
Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as Autodesk 3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, or similar.- Strong understanding of event logistics and the practical aspects of event setups.
Excellent visual and spatial design skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.- A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with virtual reality (VR) or augmented reality (AR) for event visualization.- Knowledge of CAD software for technical drawings and plans.
Prior experience in stage design, exhibition design, or interior design.
