Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced 360 Degree Recruiter with a strong background in the UK healthcare sector with comprehensive recruiting skills. This role involves end-to-end recruitment, from client acquisition to candidate placement, ensuring a seamless process for both clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing & Management: Source, screen, and interview healthcare professionals for various roles, including nurses, doctors, and allied health staff. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing, offer negotiation, and placement. Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline through networking, job boards, social media, and referrals.
- Compliance & Administration: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant regulations and company policies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client and candidate interactions using the company's CRM system.
- Requirements: Proven experience as a 360 Degree Recruiter, ideally within the UK healthcare sector. Strong business development skills with a successful track record in staffing companies. Excellent understanding of the UK healthcare recruitment market, including industry trends and challenges. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. Proficiency in using recruitment software and CRM systems. A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality service.
