Second officer will be a part of Marine team who are involved in day-to-day vessel operations
related to vetting, health, safety, environment, and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and Analyze Marine/HSQE Data for the fleet.
- Handle the QHSE projects as assigned from time to time such as:
- Mooring software and fleet analysis
- Safety campaigns
- EPA reports submission
- Safety circulars
- Follow up of the documentation, IMS checks and upkeeping of the records necessary for the office audits & TMSA.
- Analyzing various performances charts and KPI data as necessary to SQE assurance, Quarterly / Half yearly & Annual.
- Assist in completing, follow up of SMS review as provided by masters & external parties on quarterly basis
- Completing vessel clearance questionnaire as when required for tanker vessel screening.
- Assist with vetting and HSEQ assurance tasks.
- Assist marine superintendents in day-to-day marine matters
Requirements:
- 2nd officer with tanker background required
