Experience using optimizers/solvers to speed up portfolio decision making and execution.
Ability to build partnerships with cross-functional teams and facilitate interactions with engineering, data, product, and support teams.
Experience designing, developing, and maintaining software products and solutions.
Leadership qualities with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and high degree of demonstrated decision-making and problem-solving skills.
JIRA & Confluence proficiency and familiarization with different agile practices (Kanban, Lean etc.) with ability to align stories through to EPICs and underpinning business strategy is required.
Ability to work both independently and with all levels of the organization, including technical and non-technical team members.
SQL and data analysis experience.
Intellectual curiosity with a history of mentoring and influencing.
MBA/CFA charter holder preferred
