Core Responsibilities:
Strategic growth and thought leadership:
Create a future vision for services entwined with vision of Company to add more value
Strategize on key opportunities/ whitespaces, drive discussions and expand outcomes of data analytics driven business solutions
Integrate working model for analytics capabilities across BI&A teams, and where possible, across other teams to drive better cross-team resourcing, cross-pollination of best practices
Work collaboratively with the Data Sciences team within BI&A to pull through innovations and best practices to team through affiliates (and directly where needed)
Network with industry experts and external consultants as needed to develop, test, and implement new approaches and solutions for analytics outcomes
Project Delivery and Management:
Deliver and implement a standardized framework for communication, project management and execution across affiliates
Build, deliver and own a quality management framework to increase deliverable quality across affiliates with a range of tolerances and maturity in working with offshore centers
For select large-scale and/or experimental projects, serve as trusted advisor for both and affiliate teams by enabling the team to design and deliver analytics, and communicate with stakeholders to present the final outputs and provide recommendations as needed
Take ownership of key deliverables and drive best outcomes through a data and analytics mindset
Work closely with stakeholders and actively participate in various phases of the projects (including kick-off, methodology development, execution, insight generation and data visualizations)
Create a framework for communication, delivery management and execution across NE-Hub to help drive best practises
People Leadership:
Manage a team of 30+ team members, and drive upskilling plans for team
Be a guide/ mentor for team members, and work with functional leadership/ HRBP to upskill team members, help define career path and support career development of the team members
Develop a pipeline of analytics talent, and contribute to an inclusive community of analytics practitioners
Experience Required:
10+ years of relevant work experience with demonstrated experience of working in commercial analytics domain, managing complex projects and cross-functional teams
6+ years of people/ project management experience where the incumbent demonstrated leadership skills
Previous experience with OUS regions is a must (esp. working with business partners located in non-English speaking countries like Japan, China etc.)
Deep understanding of pharma and healthcare eco-system, data sets etc. is a must
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to be able to structure and solve open ended business problems
Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in pharma/ engineering/ management
