10+ years of SFE and/or analytics experience with demonstrated ability to think strategically in an ambiguous environment.
At least 4+ years of experience in coaching and mentoring individuals
Experience in pharma industry is required.
Technical and Functional Skills
o SFO or Sales Incentives experience in Pharma industry
o Experience in methodologies such as segmentation, Sales Force Sizing & Structure, Territory Alignment & Deployment, Call Planning, Field Reporting
o Knowledge of databases such as APLD, IQVIA Rx datasets etc.
o Experience in tools such as Tableau/ Power BI/KNIME/ Python
o Proven problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
