Job Description
Certified SF consultant with prior experience of managing Provisioning, SF Modules and User Administration
Experience in User Role Administration (should have managed authorization for 20K + users)
Good knowledge of SuccessFactors data models (Corporate & Succession)
Manage platform features that includes Home Page setting, HRIS sync to UDF, Personalization and UX
Good knowledge of XML to make changes to different templates in Provisioning
Instance refresh cycle planning, execution, scrambling/anonymize data post refresh
Manage integrations SF to ECC and other 3rd party solutions
Good to have Skills : SAP SUCCESSFACTORS ADMINISTRATION / MANAGMENT
