How does ‘Active filter’ differ from ‘Active/Updated Filter’?
An active/updated filter includes a broader range of active and updated profiles, regardless of how they are done (system or the candidate). Therefore, the Active Filter is a subset that focuses specifically on the candidate’s activity within the past 12 months. This includes candidates who have recently interacted with the foundit platform and its communications or updated their profiles within the last 12 months.
Hence, we are introducing you to the highest-quality, most engaging talent pool!
As mentioned earlier, the system or the candidate can change updated profiles. So, to be eligible for the Active Filter, candidates must have logged in or interacted with foundit’s communications within the past 12 months!
