Background
The pandemic posed several challenges for fresh graduates and young professionals, who missed out on in-person hiring opportunities. In response, we initiated Aspire in 2021.
Our mission was simple yet ambitious – to bridge the gap between job-ready freshers and recruiters, irrespective of geographical barriers.
Aspire ’23 Highlights
Partnering with Microsoft India, the latest edition of Aspire witnessed an astounding surge! With a staggering 1.5 lakh registrations and participation from over 20 esteemed hiring partners. We were thrilled to host a vibrant platform for talent acquisition.
Unleashing the Potential
Over 16,000+ job vacancies were up for grabs, attracting 82,000+ candidates, and 85,000+ job applications. There were also 35,000 certified users. The response was electric, indicating the opportunities generated for budding professionals.
Our social media and PR efforts saw us reach an audience of 11 crore people.

With traditional campus hiring falling short, we recognised the untapped potential scattered throughout the country. Leveraging the power of a Virtual Career Fair, we successfully connected recruiters with exceptional talent from every corner of India. To streamline the selection process, we introduced a simple yet effective skill assessment test, providing recruiters access to a pool of verified talent.
Aspire ’23 x Microsoft: A Transformative Opportunity for Aspiring Professionals.
Joining forces with Microsoft was a game-changer!
In collaboration with esteemed affiliations like AICTE, FutureSkills Prime, EY, and GitHub, we allowed job seekers access to Microsoft’s Future Ready Talent (FRT) Virtual Internship Program. This program empowered college students from diverse backgrounds to upskill themselves on Microsoft Cloud, showcasing their projects and receiving validation.
Unveiling Success
The event was inaugurated by Jean-Philippe Courtois, the Executive Vice President and President of National Transformation Partnerships at Microsoft. Recruiters took center stage, setting up their own branded virtual booths to engage directly with candidates, making the hiring process seamless and efficient.
Beyond Boundaries
Aspire ’23 wasn’t just about forging connections. We brought together industry experts for engaging panel discussions and captivating talks, empowering attendees with knowledge and insights to thrive in their careers.
In a nutshell, Aspire ’23 has rewritten the rules of talent acquisition, propelling the career aspirations of freshers and young professionals in India. We even extended the Career Fair for another day, on popular demand.
