Overview of Outreach
It starts with one click on the shortlisted candidate profile. Select the candidate profile on the Search Result Page and click the “Email” option on top and start an email campaign.
Fill in all the necessary details of the candidate and start the campaign.
Note: On this page, you can even create a folder to save the profiles of all the potential candidates in one place.
Follow-up emails:
In the hiring process, communication gaps can lead to missed opportunities and delayed responses. foundit’s automated outreach minimises the risk of communication gaps by enabling recruiters to schedule and automate follow-ups at key stages of the hiring process.
This ensures that candidates are kept informed and engaged, leading to a smoother and more efficient recruitment journey.
Template and Scheduling:
To save time, you can make use of various predefined templates and multiple follow-up mails (also predefined) that are sent to candidates who are yet to respond to your email.
The schedule of the follow-up emails is recommended by Outreach, but you can always change this.
Blast Campaign
If your campaign involves sending e-mails to many candidates, all of them can’t be sent in one go. Instead, they will be delivered in batches to avoid them ending up in the spam folder of the recipients.
We have introduced the Blast Campaign feature so that you can overcome this barrier and reach out to as many candidates as you want in a campaign at the same time without worrying about your mail landing in a spam folder.
Note: If you had scheduled a campaign previously, it will be on hold until the Blast Campaign is completed.
