Recruitment in India’s Oil and Gas industry in 2013 is expected to show stability with buoyant hiring as many National Oil Companies (NOCs) are geared up for more projects. Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC) has notified 14 discoveries in the first half year of fiscal FY’13. Recently, Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC) has opened a new platform at Mumbai High North, India’s biggest oil field, and is expected to generate a good number of vacancies in 2013 for local professionals.
In addition, many international Oil companies are eyeing India as an ideal location with cost effective competent manpower that can assure a good return on investment.

Even most oil and gas companies offer in-house job specific training based on their standard operating procedures and validate the efficiency of the personnel through on-job performance. They need people to join them to execute complex projects safely, smartly, delivering t highest quality and using the latest technology.
